ginger: there are numerous studies that have validated ginger's natural anti-inflammatory action. Ginger extract reduces the knee pain while standing and walking, and those taking ginger needed fewer painkillers. It has also been established that ginger relieves body ache, which is  muscular in nature.

application: gently massage arthigo cream thrice daily. Avoid exposure to air or cold atmosphere for at least 2 hours after the application of the cream.

ingredients:

oil of winter green (gaultheria oil): this oil used externally relieves pain in joints, gout, chest pain etc. Highly effective for rheumatic pains and arthritis mixed with camphor oil.

camphor: camphor oil can be used in the treatment of nervous depression, acne, inflammation, arthritis, muscular aches and pains, sprains, rheumatism and infectious diseases.

menthol: menthol has many properties. It is a good painkiller, even presents anesthetic properties in large quantities. It has antibacterial and antiseptic properties, being able to defeat bacilli, streptococci, staphylococci, candida and salmonella. It also has antispasmodic gastro sedative, carminative, choleretic, antihalitosic and myorelaxant properties. It is an effective anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, decongestant, expectorant and bronchomucolitic.

eucalyptus oil (neelgiri oil): this oil when used externally relieves muscular pains and inflammation of joints.

pluchea indica (rasna):  rasna contains an alkaloid, which enters into the composition of several medicated oils, for external application in rheumatism and allied disorders and also in diseases of the nervous system. The massage with rasna oil is beneficial in swollen and painful joint.

tribulus terestries (gokhru): in ayurvedic system of medicine, gokhru is indicated for use in reduction of inflammation. Recent researches have shown  it's efficacy  as an analgesic and a nervine tonic.
